Raised in Raleigh, NC, Charity's passion for real estate was sparked at a young age. Growing up in a family of contractors, she was exposed to the industry from a young age and developed a deep passion for building wealth through real estate. After several years of studying real estate investing on the side, she decided to pursue her real estate license to begin investing with her family. 

Within a few months, she realized she could pursue her passion of building her own wealth through real estate as well as helping others do the same thing. She quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the top agents in her area. Charity has already achieved explosive success, earning numerous awards and accolades for her work. She has been recognized as a top producer in her market, and has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator and problem solver.

She quickly began to mentor newer agents - mentoring up to 30 brand new agents at a time and started her team in 2021. Since then, she has trained over 20,000 agents nationally and internationally. She now runs a team of over 65 agents in 9 states, helping new agents sell 3-5x the national average.

Charity focuses on helping beginner real estate agents add 10 deals to their pipeline within 90 days by eliminating busy work, by creating customized income-generating strategies, while setting up automated systems to scale with ease.
